• File attachment support

3. Usage-Based Pricing

Our platform operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit equals 1 email sent. You can purchase credits as needed, and credits never expire.

• Free plan includes 50 contacts
• Pro plan starts at $20 base fee with 1000 credits
• Additional credits can be purchased anytime
• All prices are subject to change with notice

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited emails
• Distributing malware or harmful content
• Violating privacy laws or regulations
• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Harassment or threatening communications

5. Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining compliance with applicable privacy laws. You retain ownership of your contact data and email content.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sendmator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
