Account Cancellation

You may cancel your Sendmator account at any time. The cancellation process varies depending on your plan type.

Free Plan Cancellation

Free plan users can cancel their account at any time without any charges or penalties. Simply delete your account from the dashboard settings.

Pro Plan Cancellation

Pro plan cancellations work as follows:

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Service continues until the end of current billing period
  • No refund for the current billing period unless eligible
  • Unused credits remain in your account
  • Account reverts to Free plan after cancellation

Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are separate from subscription cancellations:

  • Credits never expire, even after account cancellation
  • Credits can be used until depleted
  • No automatic refund for unused credits
  • Credits may be refunded within 30 days if unused

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription or account:

  1. Log into your Sendmator dashboard
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Billing & Subscription"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription" or "Delete Account"
  5. Follow the confirmation steps

Data Retention

After account cancellation:

  • Account data is retained for 30 days for reactivation
  • Contact data can be exported before cancellation
  • Email history is maintained for compliance purposes
  • Complete data deletion available upon request

Reactivation

Cancelled accounts can be reactivated within 30 days with all data intact. After 30 days, you'll need to create a new account.

Service Suspension vs Cancellation

We may suspend (not cancel) accounts for policy violations. Suspended accounts can be reactivated after resolving the issue.
